The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 6, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Rodney O'Bryan, #228117. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Rodney O'Bryan is serving a term of 8y-20y for the crime of Delivery of Less than 50 Grams of Cocaine, to a term of 8y-20y for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of Less than 50 Grams of Cocaine, and to a term of 8y-20y for the crime of Delivery of Less than 50 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on November 16, 1992 from Saginaw County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
