The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 4, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Cesar Garcia Hernandez, #460998. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Cesar Garcia Hernandez is serving a term of 25y-50y for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of Over 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on June 23, 2003 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
