The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 8, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of William Washington, Jr., #145940. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
William Washington, Jr., is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree and a Life sentence for the crime of Robbery Armed. He was sentenced on July 2, 1976 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
