The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 11, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Chester Lee Patterson, #130169. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Chester Lee Patterson is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree and a Life sentence for the crime of Robbery Armed. He was sentenced on August 12, 1971 from Kent County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
