The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 31, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Armando Alarrco-Pacheco, #636418. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Armando Alarrco-Pacheco is serving a term of 4y-30y for the crime of Possession With Intent to Deliver 450-999 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on March 12, 2007, from Kent County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
