The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 19, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Kari Elizabeth-Sarah Hunter, #657941. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Kari Elizabeth-Sarah Hunter is serving a term of 2y6m-20y for the crime of Home Invasion-1st Degree and a term of 2y6m-20y for the crime of Home Invasion-1st Degree. She was sentenced on August 25, 2009 from Kent County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
