The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 2, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Henry Nnebedum, #525521. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.
Henry Nnebedum is serving a term of 3y-20y for the crime of Delivery of 50-449 Grams of Heroin. He was sentenced on February 12, 2009 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
