Benjamin Ortiz-Perez is serving a term of 8y-30y for the crime of Delivery of 225-649 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on September 13, 2004 from Oceana County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
