The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 3, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Michael Albert Jarvi, #422561. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.
Michael Albert Jarvi is serving a term of 6y-20y for the crime of Home Invasion-1st Degree. He was sentenced on June 2, 2005 from Marquette County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
