The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 3, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Thomas Julian Johnson III, #497375.  It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.

Thomas Julian Johnson III is serving a term of 3y-20y for the crime of 4th Stolen Property-Receiving and Concealing a Motor Vehicle and a term of 2y-15y for the crime of 4th Financial Transaction Device-Stealing/Retaining Without Consent.  He was sentenced on July 29, 2008 from Oakland County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
