A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Veronica Tait

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 14, 2010, to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Veronica Tait. It will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, MI.
Veronica Tait was sentenced to a term of 12 months probation, $475 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Disturbing the Peace (2 Counts). She was sentenced on January 25, 1993 from Oakland County.
Barbara S. Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole and Commutation Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
