The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 28, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Wayne Roy Honsinger, #134597. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Wayne Roy Honsinger is serving a term of 12y6m-25y for the crime of 4th Assault With Intent to do Great Bodily Harm Less Than Murder. He was sentenced on August 8, 2003 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
