The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 6, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Gamaliel Cornejo, #478672. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Gamaliel Cornejo is serving a term of 12y-30y for the crime of Delivery/Manufacture of 450-999 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on December 12, 2003 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
