A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Shannon D. Woodruff

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 8, 2010, to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Shannon D. Woodruff. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, MI.
Shannon D. Woodruff was sentenced to a term of 3 years probation and $40 a month F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Possession of Less Than 25 Grams of Cocaine and to a term of 1 year probation and $250 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Larceny Under $100. She was sentenced on October 7, 1991 and October 21, 1991from Macomb County.
Barbara S. Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole and Commutation Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
