The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 15, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of John Eric Aslin, #172869. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
John Eric Aslin is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree-Premeditated. He was sentenced on December 27, 1984 from Genesee County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
