The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 to consider the possible parole of Marian Ann Beach, #156094. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.
Marian Ann Beach is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Conspiracy to Commit Robbery Armed. She was sentenced on April 16, 1979 from St. Clair County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
