The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 26, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Chester Alvin Shepard, #126350. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Chester Alvin Shepard is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on October 26, 1973 from Washtenaw County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
