The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 29, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Frederick Dearmonde Smith, #116455. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Frederick Dearmonde Smith is serving a term of 12y-20y for the crime of Assault With Intent to Murder. He was sentenced on May 31, 2006 from Kent County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
