The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 3, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Johnny L. Gibbs, #220666. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Johnny L. Gibbs is serving a term of 25y-50y for the crime of Robbery Armed and a Life sentence for the crime of Assault With Intent to Murder. He was sentenced on April 28, 1999 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
