A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Robert C. Redman

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 10, 2010, to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Robert C. Redman. It will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, MI.
Robert C. Redman was sentenced to a term of 90 days jail, 3 years probation, and $400 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution). He was sentenced on April 29, 1974 from Lapeer County.
Barbara S. Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole and Commutation Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
