The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 23, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of William Henry Leatherwood, #111236. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, MI.
William Henry Leatherwood is serving a term of 4y10m-15y for the crime of Home Invasion-2nd Degree. He was sentenced on March 14, 2006 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
