The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 to consider the possible parole of Benito Solis, #114631. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center, Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Benito Solis is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on August 1, 1969 from Ingham County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
