The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 30, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Cesar Aujusto Valasquez, #416077. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Cesar Aujusto Valasquez is serving a term of 30y-60y for the crime of 2nd Delivery and Manufacture of Over 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on June 24, 2002 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
