The public hearing previously scheduled for Wednesday, June 2, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Vladimir Zhdanovich, #604186 at 11:00 a.m. at the T100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan has been rescheduled for Wednesday, September 1, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. at the T100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Vladimir Zhdanovich is serving a term of 6y-20y for the crime of Conducting a Criminal Enterprise. He was sentenced on May 23, 2006 from Muskegon County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
