The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 7, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Carl Rodney Works, #166499. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Carl Rodney Works is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on June 24, 1981 from Monroe County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
