A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Jeffrey Six

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Friday, September 10, 2010, to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Jeffrey Six. It will be held at 11:30 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, MI.
Jeffrey Six was sentenced to a term of Commitment to the Michigan Department of Social Services under MCL 803.301 for the crime of Criminal Sexual Conduct-3rd Degree (2 Counts). He was sentenced on December 19, 1994 from Wayne County.
Barbara S. Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole and Commutation Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
