The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 12, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Munin Gorgis Kathawa, #204441. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.
Munin Gorgis Kathawa is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree-Premeditated. He was sentenced on October 12, 1989 from Macomb County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
