The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 18, 2010 to consider the possible parole of Elijah Rossell, #132578. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, MI.
Elijah Rossell is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on August 2, 1974 from Wayne County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
