The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 7, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Michael Duane White, #207303. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, MI.
Michael Duane White is serving a term of 20y-40y for the crime of 3rd Armed Robbery, a term of 20y-40y for the crime of 3rd Armed Robbery, and a term of 20y-40y for the crime of 3rd Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery. He was sentenced on March 23, 2005 from Ingham County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
