The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 13, 2010 to consider the possible parole of Keith Lemount Holton, #195761. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Keith Lemount Holton is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Deliver/Manufacture 650 Grams or More of Cocaine. He was sentenced on September 30, 1991 from Macomb County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
By Statute, prisoners serving a life sentence under MCL 333.74012A1, must serve 15, 17 1/2 or 20 calendar years, based on predetermined factors, before the Parole and Commutation Board can obtain jurisdiction.
