The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 20, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Henry Garcia, #126093. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Henry Garcia is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on June 16, 1970 from Lenawee County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
