The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 27, 2010 to consider the possible parole of Louis J. Dillard, #139028. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Louis J. Dillard is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on September 12, 1974 from Wayne County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
