The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 6, 2011 to consider the possible parole of Charles Robert Dziuba, #173308. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Charles Robert Dziuba is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on August 11, 1983 from Bay County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
