Hal Rockwell Jr., #205395 is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Conspiracy to Commit Murder. He was sentenced on November 13, 1989 from Oakland County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
