The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 3, 2011 to consider the possible parole of Jose Daniel Mares, #135943. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Jose Daniel Mares is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on July 23, 1973 from Ottawa County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
