The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Friday, February 18, 2011, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Bryan Randall Tolliver, #701136. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Bryan Randall Tolliver was sentenced to a term of 1y7m-10y for the crime of Assault With Intent to do Great Bodily Harm and to a term of 1y7m-4y for the crime of Discharge Firearm in or at Building. He was sentenced on September 10, 2008 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
