The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 to consider the possible parole of Celso Echavarria, #462869. It will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center; Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
Celso Echavarria is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Possession of a Controlled Substance 650 or More Grams. He was sentenced on May 5, 1997 out of Wayne County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
