The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 to consider the possible parole of Delbert Gunnett, #133613. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center; Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
Delbert Gunnett is serving a Life sentence for the crime of First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct. He was sentenced on May 29, 1979 out of Kalamazoo County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.

The Michigan Department of Corrections harvested over 100,000 pounds of fresh food through various horticulture training programs and recreational gardens.
The Northern Region John Davids Recruit Academy Class graduation took place on Nov. 20 at Lake Superior State University and recognized 48 new officers.
