The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 to consider the possible parole of William Kissane, #139591. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center; Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
William Kissane is serving concurrent Life sentences for the crimes of Armed Robbery and Kidnapping. He was sentenced on December 22, 1981 out of Genesee County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
