The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 to consider the possible parole of Oscar Edward Gulley, #140401. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center; Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
Oscar Edward Gulley is serving two concurrent Life sentences for the crime of Assault with Intent to Rob while Armed (two counts). He was sentenced on November 14, 1977 out of Wayne County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
