The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 to consider the possible parole of Richard Dixon, #176564. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center; Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
Richard Dixon is serving a Life sentence for the crime of 3rd Robbery Armed. He was sentenced on June 21, 1991 out of Wayne County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
