The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 to consider the possible parole of Bradley Ray Koss, #144943. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.
Bradley Ray Koss is serving four concurrent Life sentences for the crimes of Kidnapping (two counts) and Rape (two counts). He was sentenced on March 1, 1976 out of Kalamazoo County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
