The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 to consider the possible parole of John Blevins III, #160685. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center; Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
John Blevins III is serving concurrent sentences for the crime of 4th Receiving & Concealing Firearms (20y - 40y) and 4th Receiving Stolen Property (Life). He was sentenced on December 9, 1993 out of Genesee County. He was resentenced on December 3, 1996.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
