The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 23, 2014, to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Herbert Alan Gocha, Jr. It will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, Michigan.
Herbert Alan Gocha, Jr. was sentenced to a term of six (6) days jail, one (1) year probation, fines/costs/ restitution of $1,686 for the crime of Operate Vehicle While Impaired. He was sentenced on December 10, 2008 from Oakland County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
