A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Clifford Louis Church

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 13, 2014, to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Clifford Louis Church. It will be held at 9:30 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, Michigan.
Clifford Louis Church was sentenced to a term of three (3) years probation, fines/costs/restitution of $100 for the crime of Breaking & Entering Building with Intent. He was sentenced on July 12, 1955 from Oakland County. Clifford Louis Church's probation was revoked and he was sentenced to a term of 1y6m-5y on April 6, 1956 from Oakland County.
Barbara S. Sampson, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
