The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 to consider the possible parole of Kenneth Foster, #142187. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
Kenneth Foster is serving two concurrent Life sentences for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree (two counts). He was sentenced on July 16, 1975 out of Wayne County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
