The public hearing scheduled for Tuesday, January 27, 2015 to consider the possible parole of David Rios, #127823 at 9:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan is now scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center in Jackson, Michigan.
David Rios is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on February 26, 1973 out of Kent County.
Sonia Warchock, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
