The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 15, 2016 to consider the possible parole of Samuel Mannina, #153722. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center; G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.
Samuel Mannina is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on May 1, 1978 out of St. Clair County.
Anthony E.O. King and Jerome L. Warfield, Members of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
