The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 to consider the possible parole of Charlene Billups, #148842. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center; G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.
Charlene Billups is serving four Life sentences for the crimes of Murder 2nd Degree (two counts) and Armed Robbery (two counts). She was sentenced on May 4, 1977 out of Wayne County.
Brian J. Shipman and Edwin M. Heap, Members of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
