The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 28, 2017 to consider the possible parole of Kamania Barclay, #213321. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon Michigan Training Center; Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
Kamania Barclay is serving two Life sentences for the crime of Armed Robbery (two counts). He was sentenced on November 29, 1990 out of Wayne County.
Brian J. Shipman and Ricardo R. Moore, Members of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
